BK Spring
With its origin from a hive rescued out of a fallen Lower Greenville tree, this East Dallas honey proves that sometimes the storms of mother nature do have silver linings. Harvested after the spring nectar collection, this honey offers sweet floral flavors on the front followed by savory herbal hints on the back, reflecting all the best of spring. In honor of Brad and Karyn, owners of the fallen tree, we present to you…BK Spring.

Slam Dunk
Hailing from a swarm colony rescued off the backboard of a basketball goal, Slam Dunk is the sure Spring champion of the N-Bee-A! This honey refreshingly represents a multitude of East Dallas floral flavors, with a slight citrus bend. If you are searching for a honey that is not too bold or too rich, this variety is the perfect option. Try it on a cracker or in a nice cup of hot tea. Its flowery light sweetness will properly enhance any tasting experience!

Spring Blend
Can’t decide which Blackland Bees varietal you prefer? No need to choose! Spring Blend is a beautifully sweet compilation of all of our unique East Dallas honey flavors from the Spring flow. A bee produces just one teaspoon of honey in her lifetime, so we believe in never wasting that life well-spent. Each season, we collect all of our honey container remnants to blend them into one spectacular offering, making the concept of “bottom of the barrel” the greatest thing since sliced bread (with honey on top, of course)!

Ranchland, 2023
Blackland Bees houses its largest apiary on 107 acres of ranch land in Navarro County, Texas. Here we blend honey from any of our 50+ field hives.  To know Blackland Bees, you must experience The Ranch.  As you savor this dazzling blend, imagine the thunder of Spring rain, ushering in a sea of wildflower and Mesquite tree blooms. This is the landscape where our bees forage, bringing the wild straight to your table.
